What exactly is an AI agent?
An agent is a system you give a goal to (not a list of steps). It figures out the steps itself, picks the right tools, and completes the work. Think of it as the difference between a recipe (automation) and a chef (agent).
Is this different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a chat interface to a language model. An agent uses a language model as one part of a larger system. It has access to your tools, runs on a schedule or trigger, and acts without being prompted each time. ChatGPT writes you an email. An agent reads the email, decides what to do, and replies on your behalf.
Do I need to manage the agents after they're built?
No. Every system ships with a dashboard for visibility, alerts for when it needs your attention, and a documented runbook. We offer optional monthly support, but most of our clients run independently after handover.
What's the difference between no-code automation and custom code?
No-code (n8n, Make, Zapier) is faster to build, easier for your team to maintain, and ideal for connecting tools and standard logic. Custom code is the right call when you have unusual data, heavy volume, or business logic that visual builders can't express. We'll tell you which one fits, in the first call.
