FinFlow Media’s content team was producing 4 posts a month, bottlenecked at research and SEO formatting, not writing. Freelancers couldn’t match brand voice consistently.
The system
Four agents: a researcher that pulls primary sources and cites them, a writer that drafts in FinFlow’s voice using a tuned prompt, an SEO agent that checks the draft against the target keyword, and a scheduler that publishes through WordPress on the approved date. The editor reviews the draft, not the research.
The result
Output went from 4 to 12 posts a month at 72% lower cost per post. Editor review time dropped 80%, and average organic ranking improved across the target keyword set.
