The problem

The system
We built a two-agent system: a qualifier that scores the lead against the ICP, enriches it from Clearbit, and writes the CRM, and a replier that drafts a personalized reply in the SDR’s voice. The SDR approves with one click, or edits, sends, and the agent learns from the edit.
The result
A-tier reply time dropped from 6 hours to 11 minutes, the team booked 40% more qualified meetings, and SDRs got their evenings back.
